Our Services
-
This service includes a focused professional review of one EHS document, form, policy, procedure, program element, or specific workplace safety concern. The review is designed to identify potential gaps, unclear requirements, implementation challenges, and opportunities to strengthen overall safety performance.
The evaluation may consider applicable regulatory requirements, recognized industry standards, accepted EHS practices, documentation quality, operational practicality, and consistency with the organization’s existing safety processes.
Following the review, the client will receive a detailed written report outlining key observations, identified areas for improvement, and practical recommendations. Where appropriate, the report may also include suggested language revisions, corrective or preventive actions, implementation considerations, and recommended next steps to help improve compliance, reduce risk, and strengthen the effectiveness of the organization’s EHS program.
-
Includes a comprehensive review of multiple related EHS documents, forms, policies, procedures, programs, or operational processes to evaluate how effectively they work together and identify potential gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement.
The review may consider regulatory requirements, recognized industry standards, internal consistency, documentation quality, practical implementation, and alignment with the organization’s overall safety and health objectives.
The client will receive a written gap summary identifying key findings, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement, along with customized recommendations tailored to the organization’s operations and needs. Recommendations may include suggested revisions, corrective or preventive actions, implementation strategies, and prioritization of identified issues.
This service also includes one consultation to review the findings, discuss recommendations, answer questions, and help determine practical next steps for implementation.
-
Includes a comprehensive review of a broader EHS program, management system, or interconnected group of policies, procedures, documents, and operational practices. The review is designed to evaluate overall program effectiveness, identify systemic gaps, and determine opportunities to improve compliance, consistency, risk reduction, and practical implementation.
The client may receive customized EHS documents, forms, checklists, templates, assessment tools, or other resources developed specifically to support identified program needs and strengthen internal processes.
A detailed set of prioritized recommendations will be provided, organized based on factors such as regulatory significance, potential risk, operational impact, and implementation considerations. Recommendations may address immediate corrective actions as well as longer-term program improvements.
This service also includes implementation guidance to help translate recommendations into practical action. Support may include suggested sequencing, assignment of responsibilities, documentation strategies, communication considerations, and guidance for integrating improvements into existing operations and EHS management practices.

Final pricing is based on the specific scope and complexity of each project, including the number and type of documents or processes reviewed, requested deliverables, level of customization, consultation or implementation support, travel requirements, and desired completion schedule. Any additional or specialized project requirements will also be considered when determining the final cost.
Before work begins, the client will receive a written proposal clearly outlining the agreed-upon scope of services, deliverables, estimated schedule, and project pricing. Work will not begin until the scope and associated fees have been reviewed and accepted.
